Giving Back to Society
Building a stronger community by extending our care, time and support to those around us.
At PPBP, community does not end at cultural celebrations. Since its inception, contributing to social causes has been an important part of our journey. We believe that a community becomes stronger when it extends its support beyond its own members and contributes meaningfully to the society around it.
From Support to Action
PPBP's social initiatives began with regular contributions to organisations such as the Sarada Math, Pune.
In 2018, PPBP consciously expanded its approach, moving beyond being primarily a donor towards actively participating in and executing social initiatives, either independently or in collaboration with established organisations and NGOs.
This approach enables our members to contribute not only through financial support, but also through volunteering, expertise and direct participation.

Partnerships with Organisations & NGOs
We collaborate with established organisations and NGOs to support initiatives addressing education, healthcare, rural development and humanitarian needs.
Community Healthcare
Our initiatives have included supporting healthcare infrastructure and facilities serving underprivileged communities.
Emergency & Disaster Relief
PPBP has responded to emergencies by mobilising financial resources, volunteers and essential supplies for communities affected by crises and natural disasters.
Support During the COVID-19 Crisis
During the COVID-19 lockdown, PPBP collaborated with partner organisations to provide food and essential supplies to migrant workers, slum communities and frontline workers. Support was also extended to professionals and vendors associated with the PPBP community whose livelihoods were affected by the prolonged lockdown.
Disaster Relief
PPBP has supported relief efforts for communities affected by natural disasters, including providing food and essential relief materials to people affected by Cyclone Amphan in the Sundarbans region.
Education & Rural Development
PPBP volunteers have participated in initiatives supporting education in rural communities. Through its collaboration with Rotary's Rural Distance Education Programme, volunteers helped assess the impact of technology-enabled education across rural schools.
